- Annual Forum (plenary meetings): The new structure envisages an annual forum. The members are: European Commission (chair), 2-3 representatives of member states (of which one from the national reference point and one person nominated by the responsible ministry with a clear mandate), CEDEFOP and ETF, European Social Partners
- Steering Committee: It consists of 12 persons and meets 3 times per year. The members are: European Commission (chair) and EU presidency (3 members), 2 representatives of the Social Partners and 7 elected members: Jürgen Horschinegg (AT) and the representatives of CZ, FIN, HU, IT, NL, RO.
